Aims:
a. To develop individual flying skills, the pursuit of excellence and the will to win.
b. Enhance social engagement across the ADFPA; especially among new members, and those with aspirations to compete but are without a team.
c. Mentoring individuals, through professional coaches, toward appropriate skill level, with the view toward members competing at the NSW State Champs (20-22 Sep 24) and later at the ADF Military Nationals (MILNATS) in late 2024.
