RAVSTASS Athlete Support Program
RAVSTASS is an Incorporated Multi-Sport Association offering the opportunity to support individual athletes. We would like to help you. It is motivated individuals like yourself, who inspire others to explore opportunities beyond team sports.
Support. We will build for you an Athlete Profile page to raise funds with a distinct tracking code. Funds are treasurer-managed, providing monthly reports, and solid governance. We also track your Achievements and Awards via our Honour Board. Gear is managed in-house with custom merch and uniform design. We even handle social media cross-promotion to help get the spotlight you deserve!

Athlete Obligations
Decals supplied by RAVSTASS are to be afffixed to your gear.
Advise on web-content for your individual sport page (Including, links to peak bodies, rules, suppliers, events, organisers and facilities).
Share knowledge and introduce others to your sport.
Note that RAVSTASS imposes no limit on the support you can receive. You can continue with your existing sponsors and are free to gain additional backers.
Finance Management
Tracking of Financial Transactions. The Treasurer creates a Finance Code individualised to each Athlete.
Generating Revenue. The Treasurer creates a personalised product page for each Athlete. The Athlete is encouraged to forward link to their Athlete page in order to seek donations.
Cash Balance. The Treasurer will distribute the monthly finance report to all RASP members, which will include balances for each Athlete.
Spending Funds. Provided the RASP member has a sufficient positive balance, the Athlete may spend their cash surplus in one of two (2) ways:
1. Paying Invoice. Instruct supplier (e.g. business) to send sport related invoice to the RAVSTASS Treasurer for payment on the members behalf. The Treasurer will confirm with the RASP member, that the invoice is legitimate, before deducting against the members coded line item.
2. Reimbursement. Claiming a reimbursement for expense already incurred that is related to the members sports activities.

Selection Process. The respective Division Director has the delegated authority of the Vice President to select RASP Athletes, in accordance with Division Director Priorities.
