Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to some products. Any combination of sizes within a batch is allowed, so long as it is the same product. For example Team ABC Jersey can be purchased in any range of sizes, to make a total of 10 jerseys (e.g. 3 Medium, 5 Large, 2 Extra Large).
Orders under MOQ. If the quantity of an order is under MOQ, the order will be held awaiting further orders until the last day of the calendar month. Typically if other team mates order, there will be no problem, so try and co-ordinate to get your whole team ordered in the same calendar month. If however, the product ordered still does not meet MOQ, your order will be REFUNDED to the same credit/debit card that you placed original order from. MOQ's are frustrating, but here are some ideas to help you manage.
1. Plan in advance - Submit an order that meets MOQ, and then resell the additional sets to your new club members. The advantage is that you have uniforms on hand, ready for new players who join your team.
2. Co-ordinate with your teammates - Encourage your team members to get their orders in during the same calendar month to ensure you collectively meet MOQ.
3. Source an alternate supplier - As our gear is high quality/high volume, our suppliers are not configured to produce below MOQ. If you would like to continue to order below MOQ, then we are more than happy to release to your club the Adobe Illustrator file. You may use this file to forward your design to alternate suppliers. (Note that the Design file, will have all HDWD branding removed).

Order Process
1. Orders. All orders are made online through www.ravstass.com > Gear. You will receive an email confirmation with invoice receipt.
2. MOQ. If the item is not in stock and under the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), the order will be held until the end of calendar month (EOM):
Your Order > In Stock > Delivery
Your Order > Not in Stock > MOQ Met > Production > Delivery
Your Order > Not in Stock > MOQ Not Met > Wait until EOM > MOQ Met > Production > Delivery
Your Order > Not in Stock > MOQ Not Met > Wait until EOM > MOQ still Not Met > Refund
3. Production. All batches that meet MOQ will immediately commence production. Orders which are under MOQ will be held until MOQ is achieved.
4. Delivery. We will send you a Tracking Number for your assurance.
Fabrics
All uniforms are 100% Polyester Birdseye Fabric Quick Dry Athletic Mesh unless otherwise stated in the product description. All artwork for this fabric type is fully sublimated unless otherwise stated.
T-Shirt Fabric Guidelines:
Our T-Shirts are always 100% High Quality Cotton in 180 GSM.
Hoodie & Jumper Fabric Guidelines:
Our Hoodies and Jumpers are always High Quality Blended Cotton/Polyester (CVC) Fleece at 330 GSM.
Fabric Thickness (GSM) Guidelines:
145 GSM = Lightweight quick dry Mesh
160 GSM = Mediumweight quick dry Mesh
180 GSM = Heavyweight quick dry Mesh
180 GSM = Cotton T-Shirts
330 GSM = CVC Fleece for Hoodies/Jumpers
Extreme Outdoor Fabric Guidelines:
For Outdoor Extreme Sports, we have the following fabric options for specified products:
Toughest = Cordura is the most hardwearing, well-suited to knees/bum.
Strong = Taslan is more comfortable than Cordura with feel similar to cotton, while still being stronger than Polycotton.
Durable = Polycotton is breathable while also tear-resistant, and is well-suited to non-impact areas.
Stretchable = Spandex suits calves and inside legs where freedom of movement is needed.
Fabric Colours
With our full sublimation range on the Birdseye Fabric Quick Dry Mesh, we can produce fabric designs in any colour(s) across the Pantone range. For other fabric types, colour availability is product dependent.

How do I order?

What is your turnaround time?
Once payment has been received and subject to meeting MOQ, you will generally receive your order within eight (8) weeks. If you require your order by a particular date we can advise if this is achievable upon your initial inquiry.
Does the MOQ policy apply to re-orders?
Yes. Read here about our MOQ guidance.
Can I pay extra to receive my order more quickly?
No. Custom clothing has longer production times than off the shelf product.
What are the shipping costs?
All our prices are inclusive of delivery, within Australia.
Who do you ship with?
We use Australia Post. Goods will be delivered on business days only. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please contact clothing@ravstass.com to arrange prior to your order.
Do you have size charts?
Yes. Please see our Size Charts.
What playing numbers can I choose from?
We are able to print numbers from 0 to 99 on your playing uniforms. Please check with your competition about local by-laws on numbering before you place your order.
What is the maximum length of names that can be printed on jerseys?
15 characters. A-Z only, no special characters. Note that all custom lettering is in UPPERCASE.
Can I mix and match sizes when ordering?
Yes. When ordering full uniform sets, the jersey and shorts for a particular player does not need to be of matching size. Our website has a drop-down option to select a different short size to the jersey.
Do you have any stock on hand for immediate delivery?
No.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 30 day guarantee on all orders in regards to manufacturing defects. Sizing issues or change-of-mind issues are not covered. Customers are reminded that our sizing is not standard and to check our Size Charts prior to ordering.
How do I convert image files for embroidery?
There are many different file formats for embroidery due to different brands of machines having independent formats. We require the .eps file format. You may find this website useful in converting your embroidery files.
Who owns designs?
All customer designs are owned by the client. Logos used in designs are as supplied by the customer, per their request. Therefore, the responsibility for correct use of logos is with the client and their organisation. Client owned designs means that if a client wishes to manufacture with a different company, we will release the full design file free of charge.
What are the care instructions for your apparel?
All apparel can be washed in hot and cold cycles. Air dry for best results.
What is sublimation?
