Report

Incident Reports assist in improving safety for all of our members. There is not a need for blame or corrective action to be included. For example a single person own-fault injury during a RAVSTASS activity is still an Incident for which a report can derive lessons to help avoid recurrences. An incident can include an Accident, Injury, Near Miss, Unsafe Practice, Unacceptable Behaviour, or any other incident(s) of concern. Incident Reports can be submitted by: RAVSTASS Members, Competitors, Affiliates, or any other affected party. 

Post Activity Reports assist in the continual development and improvement of all of our activities. Reports also help generate media coverage. Leaders and Members at all levels are invited to submit a report.
